Ingredients for 6 people
300 g radishes
6 mini zucchinis
3 green chillies
A handful of arugula
A few cherries
Nordic bread
Olive oil
Flower of salt
The stages
Trim the vegetables and brown them on the plancha over medium heat with a little olive oil and fleur de sel for 2 to 3'.
Then place them under the cooker with a little water for 10'.
Before removing the vegetables, place the cherries on the plancha for 2'.
Toast the bread sticks on the plancha for 10', turning regularly.
Place the vegetables in a dish, toss with the arugula and season with lime, fleur de sel and olive oil.
Place the cherries on top.
