Ingredients for 6 people
A loaf of bread
200 g button mushrooms
3 handfuls spinach shoots
1 bunch wild asparagus
10 round red radishes
Chives
olive oil
Flower of salt
The stages
Chop the mushrooms, cut the asparagus into 3 pieces and cook them separately on the plancha with a little olive oil and fleur de sel.
Chop the spinach and throw it on top.
Mix and cook for 2'.
Serve in an open loaf.
