Ingredients for 3 people

3 eggs

3 slices of ham

Crispy onions

Olive oil

Flower of salt

The stages

Fry the asparagus in olive oil for 10 minutes.

Fry the eggs in the corner of the plancha.

At the end of cooking, salt the yolk with fleur de sel.

Add the crispy onions just before serving.
