
Ingredients for 6 people
3 multicolored fresh tomatoes
6 slices Parma ham
6 thick slices mozzarella
12 basil leaves
6 sheets of bricks
3 tablespoons pesto
Arugula
olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Flower of salt
The stages
Slice the tomatoes “steak-style”.
Sear them on the corner of the plancha for 2'.
Wrap a slice of ham and 2 basil leaves around a slice of mozzarella.
Shape the bricks.
Colour them on the plancha, turning them over for 10'.
Serve with an arugula and balsamic vinegar salad.
