Premium: New Forge Adour standard-bearer

A year ago, we unveiled the broad outlines of our new brand strategy. The PREMIUM range, created for the occasion, was an immediate hit with the public. With the Dhemen design studio, we wanted to look back at the creation of this family, which has become the standard-bearer of the new Forge Adour.

From the outset, the designers sought to break away from the usual plancha look. As a result, PREMIUM's design is modern, even rupturistic. Its innovative yet discreet lines give the plancha a sober yet elegant appearance.

Its high level of technical sophistication meets the needs of professionals and delights private customers in equal measure. The griddle is equipped with an enamelled cast-iron griddle plate, which ensures excellent heat restitution and cooking precision. Its worktop-mounted ignition and control levers make it extremely comfortable to use.
