Cut the corn into 6 pieces and snack on the corner of the plancha for 12'.
Shape into mini steaks and sear on the plancha, 5' on each side.
Place ½ slice of cheddar cheese on the seared side.
Cut the buns in half and toast them on both sides (1' per side) on the plancha.
Assemble: bread, sauce, arugula, steak, cheddar, bread.
