Ingredients for 6 people

3 loaves of bread

6 slices of ham

9 slices mozarella

200 g arugula

150 g pesto

olive oil

The stages

Cut bread lengthwise and spread with pesto.

Add arugula, mozzarella, ham and basil in order.

Close the panini and place on the plancha.

Toast for 10', turning regularly.

Chef Sébastien Zozaya's tip: replace the mozarella with a slice of ewe's milk cheese.
