Recette de pain vegan à la plancha

INGREDIENTS FOR

6 PEOPLE

  • A bread
  • 200 gr button mushrooms
  • 3 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 500 gr of wild asparagus
  • 10 red round radishes/li>
  • Chives
  • Olive oil
  • Fleur de sel

Vegan bread

  • Slice the mushrooms, cut the asparagus into 3 and cook them separately on the Plancha with a little olive oil and a fleur de sel.
  • Chop the spinach and throw it on top.
  • Mix and cook 2 minutes.
  • Serve in open bread.
