INGREDIENTS FOR

- A bread
- 200 gr button mushrooms
- 3 handfuls of baby spinach
- 500 gr of wild asparagus
- 10 red round radishes/li>
- Chives
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
Vegan bread
- Slice the mushrooms, cut the asparagus into 3 and cook them separately on the Plancha with a little olive oil and a fleur de sel.
- Chop the spinach and throw it on top.
- Mix and cook 2 minutes.
- Serve in open bread.
