It combines all the essentials of a plancha: an enamelled cast iron hotplate for optimum heat distribution and rapid heating, a black steel frame that is resistant to shocks, UV rays and corrosion, and a built-in drip tray to collect cooking residue (350 ml). The size 60 Base electric plancha has two cooking zones so you can cook for 8 to 10 guests.
