CLEANING THE GRILL

The grid is the only element that must be cleaned after each use. Cleaning the grill and removing all traces of cooked fat will prevent you from having problems the next time you cook. A wire brush and some elbow grease are all you need to make your grill look as good as new every time you use it. It's essential to clean the grill once the barbecue is finished, and not to wait for the next one. A slightly hot grill will be much easier to clean because the grease will stick to it less.

REMOVING THE ASHES

Wait until the barbecue is completely extinguished and use a shovel to empty the cold ashes from the ash tray. Check that there are no more glowing ashes.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE FOR A LONGER SERVICE LIFE

First of all, the best protection for your barbecue is to store it under cover in winter, and remember to cover it when it is left outside in summer between uses. Whatever the case, your barbecue should be systematically serviced before its first use and after its last.

2-year warranty
