Looking to the future means committing ourselves to the world of tomorrow, the one we will leave to our children, to future generations. That’s why, since our inception, we’ve been designing and manufacturing products to last. In this continuity, since 2016, we have been committed to an eco-design approach and systematically integrate environmental aspects from the design of our products, with the aim of reducing environmental impacts throughout their life cycle.

High quality raw materials
Forge Adour selects only the best raw materials that can guarantee quality and sustainable production, such as 304 stainless steel and enamelled cast iron up to 7 mm thick (for better grip and perfect heat distribution).
Advanced Technology
Because we want to develop unique products with an incomparable design, our factory is equipped with a fleet of the latest generation machines (laser cutting, powerful bending machines, etc.).
It is this technology that makes it possible to offer a 3-layer coating on all steel parts. A modern process that allows an electrostatic application of the material.
- The first layer is used to prepare the substrate by degreasing it;
- The second has an anti-corrosion protection and;
- The third applies a polyester finish.
Due to the absence of solvents and toxins, this coating is the best answer to the protection requirements of the product, the users and the environment. Innovative, it has the Smart Certified label, category Platinum. This eco-label guarantees better resistance to corrosion, UV rays and impacts.
Guaranteed products
Forge Adour designs, manufactures and tests its products thoroughly. It is this control of the chain that allows us to offer up to 15 years warranty, repairability and spare parts.
Our experts know very well how everything works and works, so it makes sense that Forge Adour has set up its own after-sales service in Mouguerre and knows how to repair all its products in the event of a defect or defect.
